Conditions of participation and registration

 

If the number of participants in the respective seminar * is limited, the registration is taken into account in the order in which it is received. If we have more registrations than can participate in a course, a waiting list will be created. Certificates of attendance can only be issued on the basis of entries in the lists of participants displayed at the start of the event.

 

 

 

Cancellation policy

 

With your written registration for a course, you agree to pay the course fees. Withdrawal free of charge is possible up to 3 weeks before the start of the event (inbox). The cancellation must be made in writing. Thereafter, the full course fees have to be paid, unless you provide a substitute participant or the IEPG institute can fill the place with a substitute participant on the basis of an existing waiting list. In the event of non-participation without prior cancellation or early departure, the entire course costs are due.

 

 

 

additional conditions

 

The organizers reserve the right to exchange speakers, relocate or cancel events spatially and / or temporally. If an event does not take place, fees already paid will be reimbursed. There are no further claims. Liability towards seminar participants for accidents, damage or loss of objects is not accepted.

We would like to point out that the names of the seminar participants are stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act in order to keep them informed about the events of the Institute IEPG in the future.

 

 

 

Note

 

Check whether there is the possibility with your employer of subsidies according to the collective agreement, ie special leave - time off, assumption of costs or whether the employment office (according to AFG) subsidizes you.
